అర్హత పూర్తి వివరాలు
అభ్యర్థులు అధికారం పొందడానికి ఇంజనీరింగ్ డిగ్రీ 65% మార్కులతో ఉండాలి. నార్మలైజేషన్ స్కోర్లు లేకుండా సగటు మార్కులు పరిగణించబడతాయి. AGE LIMIT
2025 డిసంబర్ 5 నాటికి 28 సంవత్సరాలు పైగా కాకపోవాలి. వయస్సు తగ్గింపు నిబంధనలు ప్రభుత్వ ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం వర్తించును.
ఎంపిక విధానం
ఎంపిక ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్ష (CBT), గ్రూప్ డిస్కషన్ మరియు ఇంటర్వ్యూ ఆధారంగా జరుగుతుంది. SAIL SALARY DETAILS
ప్రారంభ బేసిక్ వేతనం ₹50,000/- ప్రతిమాసం. శిక్షణ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్ మీగుమ్మాట్లతో ₹60,000/- నుండి వేతనం మించును. ఇతర లాభాలు: డియర్నెస్ అలవెన్స్, PF, గ్రాట్యిటీ, హౌసింగ్ అలవెన్స్, వైద్య సదుపాయాలు లభిస్తాయి. సం. మొత్తం ఆదాయం సుమారు ₹16-17 లక్షల వద్ద ఉంటుందని అంచనా.

దరఖాస్తు విధానం
- Candidates must apply only online through the official SAIL careers portal at www.sail.co.in or www.sailcareers.com. No other mode of application is accepted.
- Before applying, candidates should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria. Submission of application does not guarantee selection, eligibility is verified at the time of Group Discussion (GD) and interview.
- Required documents for application include:
- Valid email ID and mobile number (active for at least 1 year)
- Recent passport size photograph (jpg/jpeg up to 50 KB)
- Signature image (jpg/jpeg up to 20 KB)
- Application fee payment:
- ₹1050 for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates
- ₹300 for SC, ST, PwBD, ESM, and Departmental candidates
Payment is online via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card. Bank charges are paid by the candidate.
- Application Steps:
- Register as a new user or login if already registered.
- Complete One Time Registration (OTR) if new user.
- Fill the application form stepwise, upload required documents.
- Pay the application fee online.
- After payment confirmation, an application number is generated confirming registration.
- Print the provisional application form for records.
- Candidates cannot edit application details after submission. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be rejected.
- No offline applications or physical documents are accepted during application stage.
- Category once selected during application cannot be changed later.
- Candidates must upload equivalent percentage if degree awarded in CGPA/OGPA format, with supporting norms.
- Admit cards for CBT will be issued online. No requests for exam center changes are entertained.
- Selection process consists of CBT, GD, and Interview. Final merit list prepared based on weighted scores from these stages.
- Biometric verification will be conducted at the time of CBT, GD/Interview, and joining.
- Selected candidates undergo training for 1 year as apprentices, followed by 1 year probation.
- Placement will be in any SAIL plant/unit/mines across India. Requests for transfer are restricted initially.
- Candidates must produce original certificates at GD/Interview.
- Communications about recruitment stages and call letters will be sent only via email, SMS, and SAIL career website.
