The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation Limited (TGSRTC DRIVERS) has officially announces the Recruitment and Inviting Online Application From eligible Candidates of Drivers and shramiks, the online application starts from 08-10-2025 and the last date of online application is 28-10-2025.
The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) invites Applications from eligible Candidates through ONLINE mode only in the prescribed proforma which will be made available on TSLPRB Website (www.tgprb.in) from 8 a m on 8 th October2025 onwards till 5 p m on 28th October 2025 for Direct Recruitment to the following Posts in Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC). The details of vacancies as furnished by TGSRTC, are as follows –

TGSRTC DRIVERS ELIGIBILITIES
AGE LIMIT: Must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st July, 2025. However, Telangana Government vide GO Ms No. 30, General Administration (Services-A) Department dated 08-02-2024 have raised the upper age limit prescribed for direct recruitment by 12 (twelve) years to the various categories of the Posts to be notified for the purpose of direct recruitment. This relaxation is in addition to the upper age limit as mentioned above.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed ITI in Mechanic (Diesel / Motor Vehicle) or Sheet Metal / MVBB or Fitter or Auto Electrician / Electrician or Painter or Welder or Cutting and Sewing / Upholster or Millwright Mechanic or Centre of Excellence equivalent in respective trade as on 1st July 2025.
. Medical Standards: The Candidate must be in good health mentally, bodily and free from any defect likely to interfere for efficient performance of his / her duties. The Medical Examination for fitness to the Candidates consist of the following

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR DRIVERS
Admit Card / Intimation Letter: Candidates who applied for the Post of Drivers will be informed the dates for downloading the Admit Card / Intimation letter through the website www.tgprb.in for appearing in the Physical Measurement Test and Driving
Test along with Certificates Verification with details of Venue, Date and Time. Candidates should bring all the original documents including Driving Licence and two sets of photocopies along with Admit Card / Intimation Letter while attending the Driving Test.
Physical Measurement Test: All the eligible registered Candidates shall be required to appear for the Physical Measurement Test and should meet the requirement that must not be less than 160 Cms in height
Driving Test: The Candidates who are found eligible basing on the verification of documents shall be required to appear and qualify in a Driving Test. The Chairman, Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board will constitute a Committee for conducting this Test with the Officers from Police Transport Organization, Road Transport Corporation and Road Transport Authority.
Candidates must qualify in the Driving Test carrying a maximum of 60 marks in 7 (seven) parameters mentioned below, out of which at least 30 marks must be obtained. If a Candidate secures less than the prescribed minimum marks in three or more parameters he / she would be deemed to have failed in the test even though he /she secures minimum marks i.e., 30 marks in the aggregate
CERTIFICATES VERIFICATION
Candidates have to produce Original documents (along with two sets of photocopies) and other particulars on the day of verification itself for verification or as and when required and called for. If Candidate(s) fails to produce the certificates at the time of verification and the particulars furnished in the Online Application Form do not tally with the Original documents produced by the Candidate(s), the candidature will be rejected / disqualified without any further correspondence.
